I think that an earthquake is the most scary. This is because they can happen at any time. They can also cause a lot of damage in minuets. Earthquakes can cause fires, floods, mudslides and other disasters. Also they can cause your home to become a death trap. All these things make the earthquake the most scary of these three natural disasters.

Yes I think it is possible that the world could come together under one government. However I think that this would only be possible if there was a threat to the whole planet. This event would have to be caused by something other then man. It would have to be a threat from creatures from another planet. This threat would cause the governments of the world to come together to protect themselves. I think that this is the only way the planet would ever come under one government.
